We ship across the United States, and to the UK and EU — your diffuser ships with the correct wall plug for your region, chosen at checkout.

Delivery time
Orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, usually within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on US orders over $35. Any applicable shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Wrong address
If you spot a mistake in your shipping address, email us right away at [your support email] — we can usually correct it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Delayed or lost packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
